The No Gym Workout
There are two common excuses that we tell ourselves to get out of exercise; lack of time and lack of money. No money or time for the gym, no money or time to buy equipment, and no money or time for any other form of exercise. Well I’m going to kick that idea out the back door by telling you that time and money are not what you need to sculpt a killer body. All you need is the drive to get outside to exercise for 15 minutes a day (okay, so you need a little bit of time).
